Ismael Virgil Otoc Gundaya of Cagayan de Oro College-PHINMA, placed 7th in the recently held licensure examinations for Criminologists conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Gundaya is among the 2,361 out of 10,943 who passed the exam held last April 2011. Gundaya brings another honor for COC-Phinma and the Cagayan de Oro City as a whole.
