Villar to seek additional P300 million to complete CDO drainage masterplan

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has canceled the environmental compliance certificate (ECC) of Cekas Development Corporation, a firm engaged in iron and copper mining located in Barangay Dansolihon, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, for failing to operate within the allotted 5-year validity period of the ECC.
