Construction of Bukidnon Airport’s Passenger Terminal Building has already commenced. This is covered under Phase III of the Bukidnon Airport Development Project which also includes construction of the runway strip, runway exptension, pipe conduit, box culvert and runway markings.

As shown below, pile driving is currently ongoing for the proposed passenger terminal building.

Built on a 149-hectare property in Barangay Maray-maray, about 7.3 kilometers west of the commercial center of the Municipality of Don Carlos, Bukidnon Airport is one of the government’s flagship infrastructure projects in Northern Mindanao and is designed to be a domestic airport compliant with international standards. It is expected to be operational in 2023 but scheduled to be fully completed in 2026.
