Here’s the latest progress update of Yakult El Salvador Plant located in Barangay Quibonbon, El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental, only the second manufacturing facility of Yakult in the country which is set to start operations in January 2023 with an initial production capacity of 1.6 million bottles of Yakult and Yakult Light daily. As shown, the nearly 4.2-hectare complex is already in the final stages of construction.

It is expected that a series of test commissioning will be undertaken late this year in preparation for next year’s operations.

Probably at this time, the first batch of pioneering workers in the facility are already reporting for work.
