The City Government of Malaybalay through its Traffic Management Center (TMC) led by its Head Mr. Joseph G. Jabla together with Traffic Operations Officer III Mr. Ernie Neri, Sr. have started issuing notices to owners of vehicles that been parked along the road for a long time which have become traffic hazards both to motorists and pedestrians.

Based on their assessment, most of these illegally parked vehicles have been left unattended for a long period after suffering mechanical defects. Respondents were given seven (7) days to remove their vehicles, otherwise, the TMC will tow and bring them to the impounding area for proper disposition pursuant to Section 44 of City Ordinance 900 series of 2019.
