Here is the latest update on the 2.3-km floodwall with boulevard stretching from from JR Borja Bridge to Puntod-Kauswagan Bridge (Burgos to Consolacion to Puntod Section). The Boulevard is comprised of an 11.5-meter wide asphalt concrete road pavement (7.0-meter wide carriageway, 2.0-meter wide road shoulder, and 2.5-meter wide parallel parking bay) and 5-meter wide public resting area on both sides.
The Boulevard has several access points as follows: JR. Borja Bridge, Puntod, Abellanosa St. (below Marcos Bridge), and Montalban Street. Browse over some screengrabs from DPWH-10 video update below.
