Pile drive works are now underway for the main supports of the new bridge structure of Kagay-an Bridge. Meanwhile, construction of the new river dike towards Ysalina Bridge is now also in the works. Browse latest aerial photos below.

Construction has been in full swing.
The bridge work is also part of the JICA-funded Flood Risk Management Project for CDO River.
Meanwhile, you can see steel piles along the proposed dike layout from Kagay-an Bridge towards Ysalina Bridge.
These steel piles will be the main supports for the proposed dike.
This means the area to the right of the current road (Acacia Street) will be outside the dike.
Dike construction towards Macanhan area is almost done already.
