Personnel of the Valencia City Fire Station successfully rescued a depressed man who climbed the water pipe beside the Panlibatuhan Bridge along Sayre Highway in Valencia City at around noon Tuesday, May 31, 2022. The man was rescued at around 1:30pm and brought to the Valencia Sanitarium and Hospital.
