In case you still don’t know it yet, there are now PAY PARKING and TOW AWAY ZONES around Pueblo de Oro Business Park. The new scheme started last Monday, May 23, 2022 along the business park’s major roads. Parking ticket rates for cars are Php40 on weekdays and Php50 on weekends and Php20 for motorcycles. This is enforced from 8:00AM to 12 midnight. Illegally parked vehicles will either be towed away or clamped and penalized Php500. Overnight parking is not allowed.
Signs are installed along the designated pay parking zones.
Parking slots are marked and numbered.
Pay parking slots for motorcycles are also provided.
Here’s a sample of the parking ticket which is being issued by Pueblo de Oro Association of Commercial & Institutional Establishments (PACE).
No Parking Zones are Tow Away Zones. Vehicles are still allowed to park though at the moment. Sooner, vehicles caught parking in these zones will either be towed or clamped plus a P500 penalty.
Parking aides are onsite to issue parking tickets at pay parking areas.
Pay parking is also being implemented in the vicinity of Primavera Residences and Concentrix.
The designated parking area at Pueblo Business Park is located at Regatta Square.
