The Philippines’ Christine Organiza-Hallasgo, the pride of Malaybalay City, Bukidnon bagged the silver medal in women’s marathon in the ongoing 31st Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam. Congratulations!

Hallasgo clocked two hours, 56 minutes, seven seconds in her first official race since the Milo Marathon in January 2020. Indonesia’s Odekta Naibaho Elvina won the gold with a time of 2:55:28 while Vietnam’s Ngoc Hoa Hoang Thi bagged the bronze with a time of 2:57:35.
