MASTERS VENUE, a new development in Uptown Cagayan de Oro located near Gaisano Uptown City Mall is aiming to be the next go-to destination for relaxation, chilling and unwinding after a hard day’s work. It will compose a food park, a coffee shop, sportsbar, car clinic, dental clinic, massage clinic, and many more. Construction is ongoing.
Shown below is the frontage along Masterson Avenue right across Pueblo de Oro Golf Course Entrance Gate.
At left is 7-Eleven Convenience Store while at right is Tom N Toms Coffee, a leading coffee chain in Korea, the first two locators.
The main roadway is already concrete.
Below are aerial photos of the site. The large vacant space on the left will be the showroom of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (XCMG Group), a Chinese multinational state-owned heavy machinery manufacturing company which is among the world’s top brands in construction machinery industry. It will be its anchor tenant.
