The ruins of the Old Guiob Church located in Bonbon, Catarman, Camiguin is a historical landmark and a popular tourist attraction on the island. Built during the 16th century, the ruins are the living eyewitness to the destruction of the 1871 volcanic eruption. Up to this day, special masses are still being held particularly during Holy Week. And in August next year, it will celebrate its 400th foundation day.
