The House of Representatives has approved on 3rd and final reading House Bill No. 9653 authored by Cagayan de Oro 1st Dist. Rep. Rolando “Klarex” Uy, which seeks to establish the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTSP) Campus in Barangay Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City.
