Two proposed major infrastructure projects in Misamis Oriental – the 34-kilometer Villanueva-Cagayan de Oro-Opol Expressway and the 41.9-kilometer Opol-Naawan Expressway Project will be implemented this year under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Build-Operate-Transfer law.   • fees and charges as may be imposed by BIR in accordance with the existing tax rules;
  • incidental expenses that may be imposed by National Government Agencies, GOCCs, LGUs and the courts for the transfer of land titles in the name of the Republic of the Philippines or annotation of its liens and encumbrances, certification fee and fee for issuance of certified true copy of documents;
