CATHEDRAL FALLS, probably the next famous waterfall in Lanao del Norte after Maria Cristina Falls, will finally get a tourism boost with the official ground breaking ceremony of CATHEDRAL FALLS TOURIST PARK (WATERWORLD), a joint project by the Local Government of Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte and the Department of Tourism (DOT). Among the proposed amenities include Wave Pool, Children’s Pool and Play Area, Wedding Glass Venue and Garden, Infinity Pool, Fountain and Parking Area, Lazy River, Slides and Team Building Area, among others.

Kapatagan Municipal Mayor Barry Y. Baguio and DOT-10 Regional Director Marie Elaine Unchuan led the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cathedral Falls Tourist Park Project which will be an added attraction to the municipality that will potentially bring in more domestic and foreign tourists.
