Misamis Oriental Governor Yevgeny Vincente “Bambi” Emano yesterday led the formal turn over of sixteen (16) brand new Nissan ambulances and 8 new utility vehicles (Mitsubishi L-300) to the 8 Provincial Hospitals and Provincial Veterinary Office as means to further address Covid-19 and African Swine Fever (ASF). The total cost of the newly-acquired vehicles amounted to Php 49,516,000.

Present during the turn over and blessing were Vice Governor Jigjag Pelaez, Provincial Board Members, Chiefs of the various Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospitals, Chairpersons of the Provincial Agricultural and Fishery Council (PAFC) and Municipal Agricultural and Fishery Council (MAFC), Misamis Oriental Department Heads Association (MODHA) and representatives of partner agencies such as Development Bank of the Philippines, Mitsubishi Motors and Nissan Cagayan de Oro.
