
Just in time as Camiguin is set to welcome tourists on Monday, October 25, 2021, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade and Camiguin Governor Jurdin Jesus Romualdo led the formal inauguration today, October 22, 2021 of the upgraded Camiguin Airport with the improved and expanded Passenger Terminal Building (PTB).
The airport’s expanded PTB can now serve at least 200 passengers from its previous passenger holding capacity of 66 passengers. Other completed development projects in the airport include the airport’s administration building, fire station building, and the completed runway slope.
