Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PODC) is set to develop a new 4.3-hectare residential subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City. The City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas recently discussed the developer’s application for Preliminary Subdivision Development (PSDP) for its FAMILIA DEL RIO project under BP 220 or economic and socialized housing.
As indicated in the application, the project covers an area of 43,024 square meters, containing 656 lots/units under BP 220. The committee will conduct an ocular inspection of the area upon receiving the application for Development Permit (DP). The committee recommended the approval of the PSDP application and endorsed the same to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for appropriate action.
Last May 2019, a project consultation was held at the project site specifically at Lower Kiam-is which is just near the vicinity of the Poblacion area.
Here’s the map showing the site is approximately just 200 meters from the main road at Barangay Proper.
