Citing the prevailing pandemic situation in the country, the Supreme Court en banc has decided to move the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations from November 2021 to January 16 to February 6, 2022. This was stated by Bar Chairman Associate Justice Marvic Leonen through Bar Bulletin No. 28 released yesterday, September 28. This is the second time the high court postponed the Bar examination because of the pandemic. It was originally scheduled in 2020.

Examinees are now given more time to review for the Bar. The Bar Exams were supposed to be held in different local sites nationwide on all four Sundays of November: November 7, 14, 21 and 28 with two schools in Northern Mindanao – Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology in Iligan City and Xavier University in Cagayan de Oro City are among 25 designated testing sites for the Bar Exams.
