The hearing resolution resulted in the CONFISCATION and SUSPENSION of their licenses for 90 days, in accordance with section 27 of Republic Act 4136, also known as the “Land Transportation and Traffic Code.” LTO IX clarified that the decision for revocation can only be made by the LTO Central Office so they will issue a recommendation to LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C.
