There’s a newly-opened spot in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City where you can have coffee, pasta, snacks, burgers, a hearty meal or even just chill. SARSUELA’S CAFE is an open-air restaurant made from hundreds of bamboo located near the corner of Villarin Street and PN Roa Street (Patag Road).
See the map below. It’s right beside Zardo’s Carwash.
From the front, Sarsuela’s Cafe resembles a large native bamboo dwelling.
Its furnitures are so arranged where one can have a relaxing time while enjoying your drink or meal.
Observe the low tables where guests can dine squatting on the flooring. By the way, Sarsuela’s Cafe is open for dine-in at 50% capacity based on existing guidelines.
They also serve all day breakfast (beef tapa, bangus, pork tocino, chicken tocino). Its main dish served with steamed rice and side dishes include its specialty Sarsuela’s Ribs, Roast Beef, Chicken Karaage and Tuna Belly. Here’s the full menu below.
Check it out.
