While many schools hold virtual graduation ceremonies thru social media, some teachers in remote areas with limited or no access to the internet have to be creative for such important event. This was what public school teachers at Lawigan Elementary School in Antique Province just did last July 16 by holding a “mobile graduation” instead using a carabao to visit homes of students and shoot their graduation photos.

As shown in these very uplifting photos posted by Rosalina Serguino, the carabao pulls a graduation cart that has a small platform where the student will stand, a tarpaulin as background and adorned with balloons. The use of carabao is also practical (much cheaper alternative than automobiles) and easy to access difficult roads.

Instead of spending on fuel, they will just have to rent the carabao.
