The upcoming SM Development Corporation condominium complex in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City will cover 50,003 square meters containing 2,610 units. This was revealed after the City Council recently approved SMDC’s application for its Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP).

As conditions for the PSDP approval, the developer is required to provide parking spaces, parks and playgrounds and community facilities and other areas, and provide rain harvesting facilities and detention/retention pond, among others.
