DARU COUNTRY PARK AND RESTAURANT located in Tamboboan, Claveria, Misamis Oriental is a perfect ‘pit stop’ to rest, relax, enjoy, breath fresh air and have a hearty meal, coffee and even pizza! Yes, it’s perhaps the only pizza place in this part of the province which uses the traditional oven.
GETTING THERE. From Claveria Proper, just follow Route 955 and upon reaching Brgy. Tamboboan Crossing, turn left towards Jasaan-Claveria Road. DARU is about 500 meters from the highway on the left side. (NOTE: Approximately 400 meters of this road is unpaved). View map below.

DARU is the Bisaya term of plow or plough which is a farm implement used to loosen the soil before sowing seed or planting. A large Daru is put up at the center of the garden fronting La Casa de Granja.
