
The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases has released New PROTOCOLS for FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS through Resolution No. 124-B as presented by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque during the press briefing Sunday, July 4, 2021.
Based on IATF Resolution No. 124-B, a person is considered a FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUAL if:
- the person has received the second dose of a 2-dose vaccine two or more weeks ago; OR
- the person has received a dose of a 1-dose vaccine two or more weeks ago
Note that the vaccine received must have FDA approval or WHO Emergency Use Listing. As of July 4, 2021, the following vaccines have been issued emergency use authorizations (EUAs) by FDA Philippines:
- Pfizer
- AstraZeneca
- Sinovac
- Sputnik V
- Janssen
- Covaxin
- Moderna
Meanwhile, FDA has issued compassionate special permit (CSP) to:
- Sinopharm
WHO’s Emergency Use Listing (EUL) includes:
- Sinopharm
- Pfizer
- Moderna
- AstraZeneca
- Janssen
- Sinovac
