MIZMOR KAF GIMMEL HOSPITAL, a Php 1 billion 162-bed medical facility will soon rise within a 1.5-hectare lot at Purok 5, Mobod, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental. The project is designed as a regional tertiary general hospital with a cancer center, specialty services and behavioral unit.

Designed by Salac Greenworld Architects, Mizmor Kaf Gimmel Hospital is one the Finalists on the Long List of the 6TH EUROPEAN DESIGN HEALTHCARE 2020 AWARDS under the category of FUTURE HEALTHCARE DESIGN AWARD.
The name comes from Hebrew words “Mizmor” which means Psalm and “Kaf Gimmel” which also means Good Shepherd (or Psalm 23).
As initially designed, the hospital is a green building with 5 storeys and a helipad.

Accordingly, Mizmor Kaf Gimmel Hospital Inc. is registered as a non-profit and non-stock entity last June 9, 2016 by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Cagayan de Oro City and was also approved by the Department of Health (DOH) also in June 2016 before the approval by SEC.
