Gingoog City Mayor Eric Erick G. Cañosa has just signed today, May 31, 2021 Executive Order No. 22, series of 2021 imposing guidelines to be implemented in the city for the period June 1-15, 2021 in support of the existing guidelines of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

OPERATION OF BUSINESSES
KTV bars, resto-bars, restaurants and other similar establishments shall accommodate customers no more than 50% of their operating capacity.
No intoxicating or alcoholic drinks may be served or sold for the duration of the liquor ban.
50% seating capacity for Religious Masses or Services conducted in churches, chapels, masjids, mosques, or any other place of worship.
Minimum health standards shall be observed.
Other religious activities such as processions, vigils or any other activity which would require mass gatherings is not allowed and is highly discouraged.
OPERATION OF BARANGAY HELP DESKS
- provide assistance to their respective residents who may be suspected of having COVID-19;
- address other issues in relation to the immediate needs of their constituents;
- serve as a focal coordinating point for every barangay within City Government of Gingoog and with other government offices and agencies, to address concerns of any person in relation to COVID-19.
Any person, or bar, restaurant, fastfood, sari-sari stores, and other similar establishments who are found to have violated this order, through sufficient evidence, will be immediately subjected to administrative penalties and/or closure, in case of erring establishments.
ACTIVATION OF BARANGAY RESPONSE
The BHERT shall be tasked to coordinate with their respective BPAT, CVO, GCPAT and GCRT for the implementation of this issuance.
