A P20 million IP Village Housing Project will soon rise in Poblacion, Cabanglasan, Bukidnon following the formal groundbreaking ceemony Friday, May 21, 2021. The said project aims to provide a decent home to about 100 homeless families of the Umayamnon and Higaonon tribes in the municipality.


Photo below shows National Housing Authority Region 10 District Manager Madeleine Gilda Abellera turning over today the P15 million check to Cabanglasan Mayor Renante Inocando as the 1st tranche of the P20 million construction of the IP Village in Barangay Poblacion, Cabanglasan.


The ‘NHA-Cabanglasan IP Village’ will accommodate 100 homeless IP families of Umayamnon and Higaonon tribes living in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas, including the riverbank IP dwellers.
