A pedestrian lane in Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City has been cited by renowned architect and urban planner Paulo Alcazaren as among the intelligence-challenged urban design victimizing women and children.

In his Facebook post, Paulo thought “the city painted the pedestrian stripes for decoration only”. He took the photo during his visit to the city.


This pedestrian lane is at the corner of Tirso Neri and Pabayo Streets in the Divisoria area where pedestrians will have to jump to cross the street. See Google Street View below.
