The entire commercial complex is being leased to Mr. Reogine O. Epanag who owns Tiknoy’s Lechon Haus and Kambingan situated at Barangay San Jose, Malaybalay City. The lease contract is for 5 years at Php90,000 per month. Construction of Casablanca Park & Restaurant started last October 28, 2020 through a Design and Build Scheme between the Provincial Government of Bukidnon and Jejor’s Construction and was completed last March 16, 2021 nat a cost of Php24,989,182.74.
