
TUSLOB BUWA, the popular street food which originated in Cebu has finally arrived in Cagayan de Oro at the newly-opened Pungko-Pungko at The Hive Food Park at Limketkai Center.
In case you’re wondering, Tuslob Buwa is actually pig brain and liver fried in oil, garlic, soy sauce, onions, pepper and other flavory ingredients. The final stock creates a bubbly gravy where diners dip their hanging rice or “puso” thus the term “tuslob buwa” which literally means “dip in bubbles.” Tuslob Buwa costs P180 and the gravy can be shared by many.



Pungko–pungko also serves their other usual popular foods such as tempura, fishball, chicken, pork chop, ginabot and more. See the rates below.
