VILLA SANTA MONICA CONDOMINIUM, a new condominium complex project by the Lord’s Widows Development Foundation Inc. recently broke ground in Anhawon, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City. The project will have seven (7) 2-storey buildings with 20 units each or a total of 140 saleable units.
Cagayan de Oro Archbishop Jose Cabantan led the formal groundbreaking ceremony last January 10, 2021 which was attended by City Vice Mayor Joaquin Raineir Uy, members of the Lord’s Widows group and other church officials.
The project area covers 5,606 sqm on the lot acquired more than 20 years ago. Designed by Architect Dennis Gabule, it was named Santa Monica in honor of the Patron Saint of widows. See renderings below courtesy of DJGabule Architectural Design Services.
