Have you heard about Mt. Millionaire? Yes, that’s the new overlooking campsite in Impasug-ong, Bukidnon which opened early last year but had to stop accepting visitors due to restrictions by the local goverment brought about by the pandemic. But now, it has started to resume accepting guests who will have to secure first clearances at the Municipal Tourism Office.
GETTING THERE. Mt. Millionaire is easily accessible by all types of vehicles. From Impasug-ong Proper at Municipal Hall, just follow the Old Sayre Highway and turn left at the junction towards the famed Communal Ranch. You will pass by the site along the way. See map below.
Many have started to visit the site early last year but was cut short due to the pandemic.
Check out the silhouette of the Kitanglad Range Natural Park at sunset as viewed from Mt. Millionaire.
The spot is perfect for a weekend getaway camping out with your family and friends.
Several features have been added since the pandemic which included the “rainbow”. That’s Mt. Palaopao in the background by the way.
You can also find “gold bars at the end of rainbow”.
The features were added for those who love to have selfies…
This “hobbit house” is among the new additions to the site.
The place is still a work in progress but certainly suits well for those who love nature.
Again, if you plant to visit the site, drop by the Municipal Tourism Office of Impasug-ong to get clearances.
