Based on timeanddate.com, the penumbral eclipse began at around 3:32pm but was not visible in Cagayan de Oro. But the maximum eclipse occurred at 5:42pm and maybe visible from the city if not covered with clouds. The eclipse ended at around 7:53pm tonight.
