Some individuals are just stubborn or simply undisciplined to follow a basic rule – don’t throw your garbage anywhere! Check out these photos of a mound of trash dumped along Macapagal Drive, obviously not a designated dumpsite. Among those found in the dump is a label of a parcel delivery.
Just last November 20, 2020, a vehicle was caught trying to dump garbage in the vicinity of San Agustin Valley, also in the same neighborhood.
