The Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) will resume implementing the temporary traffic scheme along Masterson Avenue and Macanhan Flyover tomorrow, November 21, 2020 as the contractor starts phase 2 of the project. Motorists plying between uptown and downtown Cagayan de Oro had a sigh of relief at least for two days when the one-way traffic scheme was not implemented since yesterday after the project contractor placed a steel plate to cover the cross-drain project making it passable for vehicles.
