The Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) will resume implementing the temporary traffic scheme along Masterson Avenue and Macanhan Flyover tomorrow, November 21, 2020 as the contractor starts phase 2 of the project. Motorists plying between uptown and downtown Cagayan de Oro had a sigh of relief at least for two days when the one-way traffic scheme was not implemented since yesterday after the project contractor placed a steel plate to cover the cross-drain project making it passable for vehicles.

Yesterday, many motorists continued to take the longer route to either Zayas, Zone 10 Upper Carmen or Taguanao in the absence of the advisory that the one-way traffic scheme was not implemented.
