Cagayan de Oro City’s Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) will be conducting a dry run on the use of the proposed contact tracing forms which will be filled up by commuters when they ride public transport such as jeepneys and taxis. This is being done to augment contact tracing efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Below is the sample form to be signed by every commuter prior to hoarding a passenger jeepney or taxi. The form should include the commuter’s name, contact number, origin and destination and time of departure.
RTA personnel recently conducted a series of consultation with the city´s public utility vehicle (PUV) operators.
The forms are somewhat similar to the ones being filled by when you enter fastfood outlets and restaurants.
