Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno took some time to visit Camarahan Ridge, a rising tourist attraction in the city which is now made accessible with the city’s road opening project connecting Barangay Lumbia and Pagatpat. With him was City Engineer Roland Pacuribot and the City Information Office staff.

The spot became a crowd drawer after its photos became trending on social media. But because of the pandemic, visits to the ridge is now prohibited.

Mayor Moreno also dropped by Camp Hapitanan, a private property in the vicinity of the ridge.

The Lumbia-Pagatpat Road has significantly improved access between the two barangays as well as to San Simon located across Iponan River.
