Some 205 Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) from Manila are now heading to Northern Mindanao, part of the more than 3,000 LSIs who were scheduled to depart today, July 25, and bound for various regions in Mindanao under the government’s “Hatid Tulong” Program. They were part of the LSIs who were sheltered at the Philippine Sports Commission’s (PSC) Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.

As in previous procedure, they will be temporarily held at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) Gymnasium in Cagayan de Oro City upon arrival before they will be released to respective LGUs.
