Three new confirmed cases were recorded in Cagayan de Oro City beyond the cutoff time set by the Department of Health (DOH) for its daily briefer yesterday, June 30, 2020 bringing the city’s total to 42.

In yesterday’s DOH Daily Covid-19 Briefer, the city had 39 confirmed cases. But in today’s virtual press briefing, the 3 new cases which are all ROF/LSI were reported after the 3:00pm cutoff time, hence only 8 new cases were recorded for the city. Here’s a summary of the latest cases below.

40TH CASE – 31-year old male from Brgy. Kauswagan; ROF from Middle East; arrived in Manila June 15; arrived in CDO last June 20; asymptomatic; swab taken June 27; currently at CIU

41ST CASE – 20-year old male from Brgy. Tablon; LSI from Manila where he worked as construction worker; arrived in CDO last June 23; has symptoms; swab taken last June 27

42ND CASE – 54-year old male from Brgy. Macabalan; LSI from Cebu; arrived in CDO June 17; swab taken last June 29; under observation at CIU
