PHINMA-Cagayan de Oro College recently installed two “Hugas-Kamay” or Hugkam Units at Carmen Public Market in coordination with the City Economic Enterprise Department (CEED) in response to calls for more public hand washing stations.

The said units were built by the faculty and students of the College of Engineering and Architecture, as well as COC alumni with funds coming from the Central Student Government.
