Starting Saturday, April 18, market goers at Cogon Public Market in Cagayan de Oro City will have markers to stand on to comply with social distancing while waiting for their time to be allowed to enter the market.
As shown below, columns of short white strips are placed by police along Lt. Guillermo Street beside Hotel Conchita which is just across the main entrance to the market.
It can be recalled that market goers crowded the market’s entrance early Thursday, April 16 despite police’s calls for social distancing. Watch below.
But early Friday, police made adjustments for market goers to finally comply with social distancing.
