Local health officials in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental have now sealed off the houses of 52 persons under monitoring (PUM) who were traced to have come in contact with the 56-year old female patient who died Thursday, March 26 at the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) while waiting for her test result.
It was gathered that the patient was first brought to St. Paul Hospital in Tagoloan where she was initially assessed with dengue and cardiovascular disease. She was later transferred and placed under isolation at the NMMC in Cagayan de Oro City. Read details at SunStar CDO in the link below.
