Xavier Heights Subdivision located in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City, home to nearly 13,000 residents, has stepped up its measures implementing stiffer policies to contain the spread of COVID-19.

The Xavier Heights Subd. Homeowners Association Inc. (XHSHAI) and in partnership with the Local Government of Brgy. Balulang and the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO), first temporarily closed the 1st and 3rd gates of the subdivision and directed all vehicles and residents to access only the main gate (2nd gate) and pass through quarantine procedures.

As initial measure, outsiders/buyers/non-residents of Xavier Heights are discouraged entry.

Residents’ body temperature is checked by non-contact thermal scanner.

All types of vehicles and residents are required to pass over disinfection foot baths at the gate.

Watch below.

XHSHAI is also strongly advising its residents to leave home only if you are:

  1. Working (if no flexible work from home arrangement),
  2. Seeking for medical service or help
  3. Buying some groceries, and
  4. A front liner (Nurse, Doctor, Public servant).

Meanwhile, the operations were made possible through generous individuals.

UPDATE: Starting today, March 25, non-residents/outsiders will not be allowed to enter.
