The first confirmed case of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Cagayan de Oro City is now recorded in the latest Situation Briefer #47 as of March 25, 2020 released by the Department of Health Center for Health Development in Northern Mindanao.
As shown below, there are now a total of 5 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 4 residing outside of the five provinces of Northern Mindanao. The first COVID-19 case in Cagayan de Oro reportedly lives in one of the numbered barangays in the city. Meanwhile, both the number of PUIs and PUMs continue to rise.
