Some 19 houses were totally destroyed and 6 more were partially damaged by a huge fire late Friday afternoon in Barangay 18 in downtown Cagayan de Oro City. The fire which reached the 4th alarm destroyed a portion of the said barangay bounded by Magsaysay, del Pilar and Abellanosa Streets.
