Hidden within the foot of Mount Malindang is this 60-meter curtain like falls located in Sitio Piduan, Barangay Napangan in Don Victoriano Chiongbian, Misamis Occidental.

In their latest visit to the falls, adventure blogger Pinoy Islander briefly described the waters of Piduan Falls as very cold and clear where some locals have been sourcing their drinking water. Accordingly, you can also observe birds called “sayaw-sayaw” constantly circling overhead providing some mystic characteristic on the falls.

As per info, the 4-kilometer trek to the falls takes about an hour and a half. Trail difficulty is easy to moderate except when crossing scenic stream and river banks where it becomes tricky due to slippery rocks on the streams.

For those interested to visit Piduan Falls, do coordinate with Ian Janobas (09391482279)-Don Victoriano Tourism Officer. Meeting Point will be at the Municipal Police Station where visitors are required to register. See directions and map info below provided by Pinoy Islander.
