An International Workplace Group (IWG) Center will soon rise in Cagayan de Oro. This after Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) signed an agreement with IWG Philippines giving DLI the exclusive right to develop and operate a total of eight IWG business centers over the next 5 years in Mindanao including Cagayan de Oro.

The IWG Center aims to provide flexible workspace amid the constant strong demand for flexible working from businesses and professionals in Mindanao.
