The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Northern Mindanao is eyeing the establishment of a Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. This will be similar to the Kor-Phil Training Center in Tibungco, Davao City.
According to TESDA-10, Laguindingan was selected as the possible site as it is envisioned as the future tech and industry hub of Misamis Oriental.
