Last October, we posted about an endangered hawksbill turtle laying eggs near the coastal village of Mauswagon in Laguindingan town, Misamis Oriental. The nest was carefully monitored and guarded by local villagers and two months later last December 23, 2019, 84 hatchlings emerged from the eggs.
